The central building occupied by the café was constructed by John W. Kedy, Carpenter and Sawmiller, in 1799. The natural character of the property and tasteful interior decor contribute to the restaurant's relaxed, old world charm.

estled in a handsome and historic yellow-gold property at the head of Mahone Bay The Innlet Café affords a wonderful view of the Bay and its famous "Three Churches".

Since March of 2003 the restaurant has been under the capable management of Inge, Georg, and Patrick Kralik. The Kraliks are originally from the beautiful town of Schongau in Bavaria, near Munich.

Patrick, an accomplished chef oversees the kitchen and staff, as well as sales and purchasing while Inge manages the floor and service staff.

Together, the Kraliks continue to offer the unpretentious, satisfying dishes of good value and consistently excellent quality that has made the Innlet Café restaurant a South Shore favourite since 1980.
